My teaching technique is to put the students at ease. Make them comfortable and let them know they can ask me questions whenever they do not understand or confuse about what I ask them to do. When they know enough French. I will make it a requirement to only speak French in the classroom. Unless they don’t know how to say it in French. I will tell them so they will be prepare for future time. Each student who speak English I will put their name and five or ten seconds next to it.At the end of the class the person who have the most amount of time. I will ask that student to stay after class and speak with me in French in the subject of my choosing. Most of the time it will be a subject that they are having difficulty in. That is how I plan to run my classroom. That is how I got better in French when I was in school.
