About Harrison
I have had great coaches in my life and I continue to learn from them every single day. Growth and helping others achieve their aspirations/goals is something I live for... I have always been an active person. Luckily for me I found out from an early age how fun physical exercise can be and how the benefits not only effect the body but also the mind.
I believe that by training my body and mind, it has made me into a better person (no offence to the couch potatoes). I love that we are all on our own fitness journey; some of us sit at a desk all day, some people train every day without fail, but sometimes we all just need that extra 'oomph' in the form of a Personal Trainer.
