About Sai kiran
I am a certified trainer from K11 Institute of Fitness with an experience of around 3 years.I am very dedicated with a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life. Deliver high-energy training using the latest techniques in exercise science, Endurance programs and strength training.
Deliver fitness, weight loss and nutrition programs for youth, teens, adults and senior citizens that are fun, safe, extremely effective and tailored to individual needs/goals.More than 80% of my clients have been very happy with my training and have achieved their fitness goals.I provide different nutrition for people with different needs.

I focus on form and technique during a session so that injuries are minimized.Strength and endurance are my main focus because there are some clients who not just come for a prim and proper look but also to develop internal strength and stamina.I also provide a weekly diet plan for my clients which is customized according to their needs and preferences or rather their food habits.I take classes for not only adults but also children,teens,senior citizens and special population(physically challenged).There have been clients who reverted back to me saying that their anxiety and depression levels have been reduced to some extent after my training.
