About Jake
As a graduate of the University of Miami’s prestigious Frost School of Music, I bring a solid academic foundation and professional experience to my teaching. I’ve trained in classical, jazz, pop, and R&B styles, and have years of experience performing, writing, and collaborating with other artists. I’ve worked both as a solo artist and behind the scenes, helping others shape their sound and craft their songs. My multi-instrumental skills and real-world music industry knowledge allow me to offer well-rounded, personalized instruction to students of all levels.

Hi! I’m a professional singer/songwriter based in NYC and a proud graduate of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Music. With years of experience as a performer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, I offer a supportive and engaging environment for students of all levels to grow their skills in singing, songwriting, and instrumental performance.
What I Offer:
Voice lessons across genres: classical, jazz, pop, R&B, and more
Songwriting coaching: lyric writing, melody development, structure, and production guidance
Guitar lessons: acoustic or electric, chords, strumming, fingerpicking, and song-based learning
Piano lessons: fundamentals, technique, pop/jazz/classical styles, and accompaniment
Customized lessons based on your personal goals and musical taste
