About Willow
I have been teaching 2 to 9 year olds for the past year and have seen them excel in developing their technique and become stronger and more flexible since I started stretch sessions at the start of class. They are always happy to see me and are always smiling.

I have trained in the RAD method which is what I will base my lessons on. We will work on the basics of technique to refine your skills in a safe way. I can also help you to learn how to stretch properly and come up with a routine for you to do in the comfort of your own home.
