About Heather
"A warm, open acoustic fills the room when the breath is finally aligned and the body is fully supported. I prioritise a steady pace that allows for immediate feedback during our warm up exercises and technical drills. Drawing on my MMus Vocal Studies, I structure our time to include both rigorous work on harmony singing and the finer details of performance confidence. You receive free access to my personal breathing and warm up notes to facilitate your practice throughout the week.
My 8 years of experience enable me to identify exactly where your voice needs extra support, whether you are preparing for a recital or a demanding audition. We will ensure that every note you produce feels effortless and authentic. I invite you to join me for a session to explore these concepts in depth."

"Working on the mechanics of the throat, I often find that physical tension is the primary barrier to a free, resonant sound. My training combined conservatoire voice with extensive language study at Oxford and Cambridge, which informs how I coach rhythm, phrasing, and text delivery for intermediate and advanced students.
I bring 8 years of experience to help performance-focused individuals expand their range while maintaining vocal health and care. Because I treat singing as an extension of the spoken word, I focus on pitch control and microphone technique for every candidate I guide. My MMus Vocal Studies background ensures that our work together remains grounded in healthy, sustainable practices.
