About Sandra
Hello! I am a very experienced teacher, violin solo and Orchestral violinist. Currently, I am part of the Sheffield Symphony and Sheffield Philharmonic and Chamber Orchestras. I have an MSc in Molecular Medicine, and a PhD in Biomedical Science / Neuroscience. I also enjoy teaching about other medical related sciences :)

My methods are planed individually, according to each student-abilities and availability. Mostly is guided by the Suzuki method. I am very approachable. I have a few rules such as to stop playing once you get tired (physically or mentally) and try to make the experience of playing the violin a very enjoyable one, with goals according to each student. For instance, preparation for the ABRSM exams :)
