About Sadie
My fascination with the violin began through its ability to communicate emotion with remarkable depth and beauty. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Music before earning a PhD in Violin Performance Studies. During my 10 years of teaching experience, I have guided students through many stages of musical development.
I believe effective teaching requires patience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to student growth. My teaching style focuses on helping learners understand technique while developing their own artistic voice. I enjoy creating lessons that are both structured and inspiring.
Outside teaching, I spend time studying performance practices, exploring new repertoire, and attending live musical events. These experiences enrich my lessons and help keep them engaging. Supporting students as they grow into skilled and expressive violinists remains one of the most rewarding aspects of my profession.

My violin lessons are built around helping students develop both technical strength and musical confidence. We focus on bow control, intonation accuracy, posture improvement, rhythm development, tone production, and finger coordination through structured practice and engaging musical exercises. Every lesson is designed to create steady progress while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
As learners advance, we work on vibrato refinement, shifting techniques, articulation control, sight reading, musical interpretation, and recital preparation. Lessons are personalized to match individual goals, allowing students to strengthen areas that need attention while continuing to build confidence. Practical demonstrations and guided feedback help learners improve efficiently.
I believe violin learning should inspire creativity as well as discipline. My goal is to help students become confident musicians who can express themselves naturally through performance. Every lesson encourages growth, focus, and a deeper appreciation for music.
