About Cara
"The friction of bow hair against string creates a resonance that fills the entire room. My 4 years of teaching have taught me that every student hears music through a different lens.
Holding an MMus from Guildhall School of Music and Drama provides the formal foundation for my work. I started by helping nervous beginners and now coach advanced performers through complex repertoire.
My philosophy centers on the idea that sound comes from the mind before it reaches the hands. Posture and hold define the quality of every note.
Left hand agility and shifting positions require regular, careful refinement. I enjoy seeing students connect with their instrument in a way that feels natural. Scales, arpeggios, and sight reading are my favorite tools for structural growth. I am the concept first coach who values precision."

"I confess that I find slow, steady bowing more rewarding than fast, flashy runs. Weekly practice modules assigned with every class keep momentum high for all 300 students. We focus on tone production and consistent bowing technique for every drill. Correcting vibrato requires a delicate shift in weight.
My approach stays calm, patient, and energetic throughout. I build confidence through small, consistent wins during each session. Your musical journey feels focused and well structured."
