About Yuka
I am a design graduate (with distinction 75+ WAM) from UNSW and has been studying design since year 7. I got band 6 for HSC design and technology and my major project (textiles based project) was nominated for SHAPE exhibition and was rewarded with a band 6. My recent achievements would be becoming first place in a Digital Design Hackathon. I have experience and knowledge in graphic design, textiles, illustration and ux/ui.

My teaching method usually starts with understanding the student and how they learn, then we would look through the project together. Our lessons will be fun, productive and super creative! I base a lot of what I teach from my own experiences, as well as what is being required. With design projects, I would push the limits of creativity and ensures that we would iterate the design both as a designer and as the end user/receiver/audience.
