About the lesson

Your fitness journey is unique to you, and I’m here to make sure that every step is tailored to your personal goals and needs. Ben’s been a familiar face at the gym for a while, and when I was unsure about some exercises, he was the first person I asked. Super easy to talk to, and his tips have really helped me improve my technique. Can’t recommend him enough

I was struggling with my fitness routine, and Ben was always happy to help out. He’s really approachable and breaks things down in a way that makes sense. His advice has made a huge difference, and I feel a lot more confident in the gym now.

Very welcoming and friendly - Ben is well known in the local gym as the go to guy for tips and general advice when he isn't training himself. Approachable and always smiling - Answers things or assisted me when needed and advice is pretty much spot on. - Already asked him previously to PT me for the next 6 months otherwise would have used SuperProf to book him in.

I met Ben in the gym a while ago and we immediately got along, I noticed that Ben was quite adept in the gym and so asked for some advice with my lifts and technique when i was injuring myself. Ben advised me some potential issues with my form and how to correct them. Now i'm lifting heavier due to proper technique. Definitely can vouch for Ben here!
