My sessions are designed to be interactive, practical, and personalised. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all advice — instead, I tailor each lesson to your specific needs. I combine:
- Goal-setting frameworks (SMART goals, habit tracking, accountability systems)
- Mindset training (confidence building, reframing negative thoughts, resilience exercises)
- Practical strategies (time management tools, action plans, step-by-step routines)
- Reflection & feedback (regular reviews to measure progress and adapt the approach) This blend ensures you don’t just learn — you apply and see real results.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experienced Life Training Coach with a background in technology, business, and productivity coaching
- Worked with students, professionals, and entrepreneurs to improve clarity, consistency, and confidence
- Strong understanding of goal-oriented frameworks and human behaviour patterns, drawing from both practical experience and continuous learning in psychology, coaching, and personal growth

I came to Naga at a time when I was overwhelmed, juggling studies, work, and personal pressures. Instead of giving me generic advice, he really took the time to understand my situation. He showed me how to break down my goals into smaller, achievable actions. What I appreciated most was that he believed in me even when I didn’t. That belief slowly became my own, and it changed everything. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for real, lasting support.
