About Federica
Hey here, I'm Federica, and I proudly wear the hat of a Talent Consultant for a European company that plays a vital role in shaping the destinies of global leaders supporting startups and multinational companies worldwide.
In a previous chapter of my journey, I held the title of Director of Research and Project Manager for a Washington-based consulting firm whose past clients included names of government agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, innovative startups and international organizations.
The fuel that ignites my passion? Unleashing human potential. As part of my Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) program, I focus on investigating new leadership and management skills development strategies in the context of frontier and emerging markets. Within this framework, I collaborate with AsiaTech and the Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI) to support the launch of the Technology Commercialization Associate Project that aims to cultivate a talent pool of entrepreneurs and innovators at both national and regional levels.
From gleaming glass towers to buzzing tech hubs, my journey has been a kaleidoscope of experiences. I've rubbed shoulders with industry titans, worked side by side with passionate professionals, and been mentored by true visionaries.
And you know what? It's shown me that the path to success is a road meant for sharing.My mission is clear: to bridge the gap for fresh graduates and young professionals, guiding them beyond the surface of resumes and interviews.
