About Alexis
I have been dancing ballet for 15 years. I have had the privilege to learn the Vaganova method as well as Cecchetti and Balanchine. I have attended summer intensives such as the Bolshoi Ballet Theatre, the HARID Conservatory, Bossov Ballet Theater, and Master Ballet Academy. I also trained at Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, one of the top arts boarding schools in the United States. I am now currently attending the University of Utah where I am majoring in ballet with a teaching certificate. I have had the great privilege to work with incredible teachers such as Victoria Schneider, Joseph Levinson, Yuko Katsumi, Joseph Morrissey, etc.

Spanish
A typical lesson would be a technique class with barre and center work. If dancer is eligible for pointe work, I will incorporate that in as well by giving classes as well as learning variations. I could also provide lessons in character dancing. I am mainly Vaganova focused but have learned Cecchetti and Balanchine. These lessons are for ages 8 and up. This class is more towards leaning into a professional aspect and wanting to be treated more seriously.
