About Eddie

Hello and thank you for stopping on my page. My style of teaching focuses on helping my student achieve their goals. Whether it's simply progressing through a unit and successfully completing it, or developing knowledge about a specific area, or creating a study plan for a semester, or developing a career pathway into an industry.

Not all students learn and develop at the same rate and life's challenges mean we don't have the luxury to be able to keep up with the incredible demands of our studies. My approach focuses on prioritising sensible solutions for my students in a supportive environment, regardless of the level you're at. I have extensive experience in tertiary studies as a tutor with Universities and I have the combined resources, experience and temperament to assist you with achieving your goals, no matter where your starting from or where you're heading to. Students with Neurodiversity are welcome, and for students who work odd hours i am available for very early or very late sessions.

My experience and qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Laws;
- Cert IV Government Investigation;
- Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice;
- Admitted to practice in Victoria
- assisting in all Law,, J.D, & Criminology Units

I have over 15 years experience in state government such as Department of Justice, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Legal Services Commission, Sunshine Youth Legal Centre, Victoria Legal Aid and legal advocacy in roles such as defence and prosecution of criminal matters including both Summary and Indictable matters.

About the lesson

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

I offer two forms of assistance.

1. The first service I provide is WRITTEN ADVICE;
in this format I receive requests for advice (sometimes with attachments such as assignments or other assessments) with instructions from you the sender as to what you would like advice on.

This could be anything from creating an assignment plan, to drafting a study plan for a whole semester, to reviewing the accuracy of your work, to suggestions on content or structure.

2. The second service I provide is REAL TIME ASSISTANCE. This can be in the form of zoom, phone or face to face consultation in real time.

******FEES******

Please note, REAL TIME ASSISTANCE will attract a higher fee of $90 per hour during weekdays (incurred at 20 minutes). Real time assistance provided on weekends will be charged at a rate of $140per hour.

WRITTEN ADVICE will be charged at $75 per hour on weekdays, charged at 20 minutes. Written Advice provided on weekends will attract a fee of $110 per hour.
