About Franka
Hi! I'm Franka, a university student currently majoring in Cultural Studies at the University of British Columbia. I am here to help with anything to do with reading, writing, social studies, or building strong study habits. As a student myself, I understand how overwhelming a major essay, class project, or upcoming test can be, but I am here to tell you with some time and effort they can all be no big deal! When I am not helping students I love to get outside on my bike or skis and spend time cuddling my dog.

I base my lessons on methods that made me a straight-A student in both high school and university and a recipient of numerous scholarships. Whether the student is in 1st grade or in 12th we will work to first set up solid study habits and a lifelong love of learning. I have many years of experience working with children and understand the importance of helping the student connect to the material they are learning in their own unique way.
