About Amy
I want to teach because I am very passionate about the enriching qualities that music can bring to our lives. I have 4 years worth of teaching experience at a London branch of Stage Coach, and I was always amazed at the progress the children made in just a term. Their musical abilities and confidence alike grew hugely, and I would love to be able to spread this experience as far as I can.

About the lesson

I like to begin lessons with a range of warmups, to open out the soft palette and set our bodies up in a comfortable way to sing. We will go through a range of techniques and tools that we can use to better the singing, then begin working on a song for the remainder of the lesson.
Lessons for children aged 5-11 are 30 minutes, aged 12-15 are 45 minutes and 16+ will be an hour.
Most of my experience lies in teaching children aged 5-11 but I am happy to cater for any age group. I am DBS checked as a Musical Theatre teacher, and hold a diploma in singing performance.
