About Sydney
I’m an undergraduate student at The University of South Carolina. I’m a public health major and business administration minor. My favorite math was always algebra. I tutor elementary and middle school math, including basic operations, fractions, decimals, percentages, pre-algebra, and more. I’m happy to help with homework, test preparation, catching up on difficult concepts, or simply building stronger math skills and confidence.
Every student learns differently, so I’m always willing to slow down, explain something in a new way, and work through problems step-by-step until it clicks!

Some people say that “math isn’t their thing”, but I disagree! Math is just like solving a puzzle and once you get the hang of it I think it’s so fun to do. I’ll make lessons easy and fun, and connect to real-world experiences to make it easy to understand. I’d love to help elementary and middle school students with their math, especially algebra and geometry.
