About Vivek
I am a PhD Research Scholar in Journalism and Mass Communication and a UGC-JRF qualified researcher with academic and teaching experience in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies and Digital Media.
I hold a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication and have taught students at the university level. My academic and research experience covers areas such as social media, digital media, journalism, advertising, public relations, popular culture and research methodology.
My research work has involved both quantitative and qualitative approaches, including surveys, interviews, content analysis and thematic analysis. I particularly enjoy helping students understand research methodology and turn broad ideas into clear, structured and researchable topics.
As a teacher, I believe learning should be practical and interactive rather than based only on memorization. I encourage students to ask questions, discuss ideas and understand the reasoning behind concepts so that they can apply what they learn independently.
I work with undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as early-stage researchers, including students from different academic and cultural backgrounds. My goal is to make Journalism, Mass Communication and research-related subjects easier, clearer and more approachable.
