About Max
My number one goal is to help you understand math. I know that math can be challenging, and sometimes all it takes is some guidance and assistance to improve grades and performance. Seeing my students understand and improve gives me a lot of satisfaction and joy, and I have learned from my past experiences to create the best results for my students.
My tutoring experience includes tutoring many of my peers in high school everyday at the school tutoring center. In college, I used those skills to tutors peers of mine as well as students at other colleges and high schools. I have tutored calculus, algebra, and statistics and have learned how to best work with students of all skill levels.
I have taken Calculus, Multivariable Calculus, Probability, Statistics among many other math courses at a college level at UCLA. Also, I received a 36 on the ACT Math section. I have used these skills to assist many students and I can help you as well.

I typically provide a free entry lesson to make sure I can truly help my students, and then from there I try to establish a baseline for where specifically my students is struggling. I try to complement my students regular coursework with more in-depth explanations as well as with many additional problems. For students who want to work ahead, I try to create my own little custom curriculum to allow students to work at any pace they choose
