About Artem
I am a competitive swimmer that has been in the water before I could walk.
I am presently beginning my post secondary education and transitioning towards that. I have represented the province of BC twice as a part of their provincial team for swimming.

I have instructed large groups within club and team settings, allowing me to provide the advice, expertise and knowledge of how to increase the efficiency of each stroke you take, how to go from a hard workout to a plan to reach your goal.
My lessons focus on reviewing your swimming techniques and improved it to best fit your goals. Each lesson will have have break down the workout which the student is responsible for completing at their local pool as well as components they are asked to videotape. Furthermore on each zoom lesson I will be teaching dry land and technique exercises to better help you in the pool!
