About Alexandra
I am a year 10 student at DHSG, which means I can still remember how much work needs to be done, but can also emphasise with how frustrating it can sometimes be. I am predicted 9s and 8s for most of my GCSEs (equivalent to A*) and came 6th in the 11+ when I completed it.

My teaching method is to help your child to work through practise papers, both in timed and untimed conditions, and to help them afterwards on any questions they struggled with, by telling them how to do it and giving them another example to work on either during the tutoring or at home. I would also give them other work to do at home, so that they are constantly working towards their goal! We can also make any notes on topics they find difficult, in case they forget how to do them when looking back.
