About Jasmin
I am incredibly aware of how confronting asking for help can be. I was in tutoring for Math and it was incredibly difficult to accept help from an outside source. However, garnering a strong system who you can relate to and depend upon for support is unbelievably useful.
School doesn't have to be something that makes you feel unintelligent or drained, in fact, it can inspire some of your greatest ideas and creative endeavours. As an arts student, I will strive to give students a fun, supportive, educational, and, informative place to thrive within.
I will use a range of resources, references, ideas, and systems through which I can both inform students and educate them. Due to my experience within the fields of art, creative writing, english, and, humanities overall, I have a vast understanding of ways students can develop over time.

My style of tutoring will be very dependant on the learning style of the student. As an adaptable person, I can easily use visual aids, example essays, stories, tactics, games, sources, and, references to allow education to be received in a more fun/accessible way.
Regarding the age of those I'm tutoring, sessions can go from 40 minutes to 1 hour/1 hour and 30 mins. My classes can be for those in any level or age range. However, I am unable to tutor those in English Advanced/Extension for HSC students as that is not my area of expertise.
As a tutor, I received first in my Visual Arts and Society & Culture HSC classes and second in my English Standard course. I achieved a Principals Gold Award for all the certificates accumulated throughout my High School education and was published in my school's 'Writer's Unleashed' handbook for two years in a row. I was also awarded with the Lionel Bowen Young Writers Award in the place of Highly Commended position during 2022.
As of 2024, I have been approved for publishing in the UNSWeetened online literary journal and continue to write and showcase my passion through the theatrical society at my University.
