My approach to life coaching is trauma-informed, holistic, and highly individualized. I integrate evidence-based coaching techniques with nervous-system awareness, embodiment practices, and reflective inquiry. A typical session includes a brief check-in, goal clarification, guided exploration, practical tools, and integration. What sets me apart is my depth of training, attunement, and ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space that balances insight with action. Lessons are for adults at all levels, including professionals, women navigating transitions, burnout, identity shifts, healing journeys, or personal growth who want structured, compassionate support.

I view pricing as an energy exchange that reflects the depth, presence, preparation, and responsibility involved in this work. A session is not only our time together, but the training, experience, attunement, and care I bring to create a safe, focused, and effective container. The $200 rate honors the value of this work, supports sustainability, and ensures I can show up fully present, prepared, and committed to each client’s growth.
