About Jivisha
Hi, I’m Jivisha, and I’m fascinated by the way people think, feel, and make sense of their lives. Psychology is a huge part of who I am, but outside work, I’m probably reading a book, watching anime, journaling, exploring a cozy café, or having conversations that somehow end up being about life. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It can be a space where you’re simply allowed to be yourself. I enjoy making psychology practical, relatable, and easy to understand. With experience working in both school and private practice settings, I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy tailored to your needs. Together, we will explore emotions, understand behavioural patterns, strengthen the mind-body connection, build healthy coping strategies, improve relationships, and develop greater self-awareness in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space that supports healing and personal growth.
