I coach men and women between the ages of 40-60 who may be struggling with anxiety, poor self-esteem, procrastination, stress management, and co-dependency issues. I help people get their lives back on track with momentum, clarity and improved self-worth.

I take a holistic perspective of what my life coaching clients require. I understand that people new to coaching and therapy need to feel safe, valued, heard, and understood so they can learn to trust not only me, but themselves, and the entire coaching process.
I have been coaching for five years and have assisted a wide range of clients with their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual concerns.
I deeply respect where the client is at in their lives and start the coaching process from that point. Additionally, I aim to pace the experience according to my client's preferences and never try to impose my will or wants above the client.
I also understand that change is a process that is dynamic, with many moving parts and must be approached with care in the coaching process. I help my clients to think clearly about what change means to them and then gently nudge them in the right direction.
Beyond using coaching models, goals, and techniques, my first priority is to establish a trusting working alliance with clients so they can feel someone is on their side as they embark on the journey to change their lives. Once trust is established, then we may make use of specific skills and techniques to fine-tune the process.
