About Vanya
I am Transformational Health and Life Coach and I help people to create a healthy balanced lifestyle so they can realize their full potential, their full passion and become the best version of themselves. The way I do that is through the powerful system of support, guidance, encouragement and accountability on the way of falling in love with themselves, lose weight, gain energy and transform their bodies – without dieting, deprivation or excessive exercises – and finding an Inner Peace, Happiness, Joy and Health. I help people to reach their goals in health and life - I am the bridge that takes them from wanting something to actually achieving it.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a background as a shift manager in a restaurant.
I have experience in different training programs and workshops.
My Niche Areas: Work/Life Balance, General Health and Wellness, Energy/Fatigue, Stress Management, Sports Performance, Body Image, Weight Loss

My teaching method is one-on-one, focused entirely on you. I based my classes on learning by practising. The process is easy and fun. I approach each topic by using pictures and images, sounds and music, your environment, body, hands and sense of touches and different mindfulness techniques. I am truly passionate to help people.
