You don't need to be a dancer or have any fitness experience. My classes are suitable for beginners as well as anyone looking for a fun way to stay active.
Each session combines energetic dance moves with effective fitness exercises to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. The focus is on creating a positive, motivating environment where everyone feels comfortable, stays active, and enjoys the workout.
