I’m Kathy, a 47-year-old mom from New Jersey, passionate about helping real women feel empowered through fitness and balanced nutrition. As the founder of Fitness and Nutrition by Kathy, I combine personal experience with professional training to deliver realistic, effective wellness solutions. I understand the demands of a busy life, motherhood, and the desire to feel strong, confident, and healthy at any age. My coaching style is supportive, no-pressure, and always personalized—because your journey deserves more than a generic plan.

As a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, I specialize in helping real women with busy lives transform their bodies and their relationship with fitness. My method is built on balance—not extremes—and focuses on sustainable results that fit your lifestyle. Through my brand, Fitness and Nutrition by Kathy, I offer personalized coaching for women who want to feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
Using the Everfit app, I create fully customized workout and nutrition programs that adapt to your goals, body type, and schedule. Whether you train at home or in the gym, each plan includes video demonstrations, daily check-ins, and progressive challenges. All sessions are accessible from your phone and designed to be motivating and flexible for busy women.
Alongside training, I provide complete nutritional guidance with personalized macros and micros, as well as optional supplement advice. You’ll receive realistic meal ideas and strategies to fuel your body without restriction. This is not about dieting—it’s about learning how to nourish yourself properly and consistently for long-term results.
What makes my approach different is the support system. I don’t just send you a plan—I stay with you through the process. We’ll connect via chat, weekly reviews, and two live consultations: one at the beginning and one at the end of the month to review progress and adjust your strategy. You're never alone in this journey.
I also offer mindset and habit coaching to help you overcome mental blocks and avoid falling into the “all or nothing” trap. My signature programs include motivational tools like printable trackers, mini challenges, guided resets, and video routines to keep your body and mind aligned throughout the month.
Whether you are restarting your journey or want to take your results to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you step by step. I work with women worldwide, and all coaching is delivered in English or Spanish, fully online. Let's start building the strongest version of you—inside and out.
