About Faolan
Since 2009, Faolan has been at the forefront of sport performance, specializing in athletic development, active rehabilitation, and return-to-competition protocols.
His work has included Olympians from BMX Canada, Cycling (Track) Canada, Wrestling Canada, Weightlifting Canada, and US National Speed Skating.
He has also worked with professional athletes in the CFL and NHL and has contributed to active rehabilitation and return-to-competition protocols in NHL, NBA, and CFL athletes.
Faolan’s programming expertise also extends to Paralympians in Wheelchair Tennis and Wheelchair Rugby.
His experience isn’t confined to elite athletes; he has worked with a spectrum of individuals, including those in Masters/Age group categories participating in triathlons, marathons, cycling, rugby, and more.
Faolan has been a Course Conductor at Infofit from 2005, and continues to contribute his knowledge today.
As the Owner of Speed.Power.Endurance. Athletic Performance Consulting, Faolan is dedicated to imparting his wealth of knowledge to the health, fitness, and sporting communities.
