I'm Alex, I have a degree in psychology and masters in clinical and health psychology. I am a current trainee clinical psychologist. I have over 10 years academic and clinical experience. I am European mentoring coaching council accredited health coach. I love to help people reach their goals and be the best version of themselves.

This first lesson offered with Alex will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details
I will offer a free open and honest 30 minute screening session. To get to know each other and a sense of your goals. I will be transparent if I feel you need more in depth or specialist support as we will screen your mental health, social and physical health needs. After this we will complete an informal contracting and assessment session before optional weekly or forntightly appointments. £30ph not open to negotiation but can discuss negotiated packs if wanting more than 10 sessions. Sessions weekdays after 6pm and on weekends.
