About CHIAOYI
I have a strong passion for baking and would love to try new flavours and ingredients without hesitation. Whenever I bake, I enjoy the feeling of focusing on what I love to do. Sharing my pastry works with friends and family can always warm my heart. I bet you have felt the same way before as that's probably the reason why you are here :) I have worked in professional kitchens in Taiwan, France and UK, and therefore my baking styles are influenced by different culture. Students from all levels are welcome! A lesson usually starts with an introduction that will explain the ingredients and techniques used in the recipe, followed by baking practice to get your hands on performing techniques in a right way. Lastly, ask me any questions regarding to the practice and enjoy your bakes!
