I’m Sam Kinsey-Briggs MBE, a UK-based life coach with over 27 years of military leadership experience and a deep understanding of human development. At ACSIS Life Coaching, I specialise in helping individuals gain clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward with purpose—especially during life transitions. My coaching style is calm, honest, and grounded in real-life experience. I don’t offer quick fixes or empty motivation. Instead, I help you define what truly matters, set achievable goals, and build lasting change through reflective, values-based coaching. I hold advanced training in mindset development, performance coaching, and mental wellbeing, and I’ve supported hundreds of clients across the UK—from veterans and young adults to professionals seeking direction. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, I offer a non-judgemental space to pause, reflect, and take action.

At ACSIS Life Coaching, our approach is grounded in calm, practical support that meets you where you are—without pressure or judgement. We believe real change doesn’t come from fixing people but from partnering with them. That’s why our coaching is built on lived experience, structured techniques, and deep understanding—especially for those navigating career changes, civilian transitions, confidence setbacks, or periods of life uncertainty. Our coaching methodology combines reflective questioning, personalised goal setting, and evidence-based mindset tools. We tailor every session to your current season of life—whether you’re ready to take action or need space to think and reset. This allows clients to grow at their own pace while staying accountable to meaningful goals. Sessions typically run 60 minutes, either online or in-person (by request), and include check-ins, progress reviews, and action planning. In between sessions, clients can opt into light-touch support or silent reflection space, depending on what works best. Who it’s for: Our coaching is designed for adults aged 16+ who are ready to take ownership of their life—whether you’re a veteran, professional, student, or someone seeking more from your daily experience. We welcome people at all stages of their journey: from total beginners to those who’ve tried therapy or coaching before. Whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, or a complete mindset shift, our goal is to help you connect your values to your actions and feel more in control of your future. With AI-powered tools, military-informed insight, and real-world coaching experience, we bring structure, support, and results to your personal development journey.
