About Mat
Bombs, mayhem, English: I heard these sounds for the first time in the summer of 2006.
The years following my immigration brought isolation, mental and physical troubles, addictions, and everything in between. Today, I am clean, lean, loved, and looking forward. If you follow what I have come to follow, the struggles I have overcome could only graze you. I have a Psychology BA from York University, some diverse work experience, a warm heart, and an ambitious mind. My approach to health and wellness requires so little that middle schoolers and seniors would find it empowering and fun! Come chat!

My practices healed my traumas (addictions, depression, etc.), they protect me from all kinds of diseases, and they have made me handsomer and happier. I started half a decade ago with a truly easy exercise for the parasympathetic nervous system that is taught by a French healer. It gave me control over my health, which previously had been determined by an obesogenic upbringing! This opened me up to optimize my diet, fitness, social life, finances, longevity, and other areas of my life I thought were beyond saving! I yearn to share my methods every day, as they may bring the whole world to a better place.
