About Disha
Do you often feel shy, struggle to speak confidently, overthink situations, or doubt yourself even when you know you are capable? My sessions are designed to help you understand these challenges and work through them step by step in a comfortable, supportive and judgment-free environment. We will focus on building self-confidence, improving communication, overcoming hesitation, developing a positive mindset, setting meaningful goals and becoming more comfortable expressing yourself. My approach is practical and personalized rather than simply giving advice. Through conversations, activities, reflection and small achievable exercises, we will identify what is holding you back and create simple actions that you can apply in your everyday life. Whether you want to become more confident in college, improve your communication, prepare for interviews, speak up in front of others, or simply become a stronger version of yourself, I will help you take that first step and continue progressing at your own pace.
