About Viviana
I've been practicing yoga for over 6 years after a very bad breakup that left me in a very depressed and low self-steemed state. Thanks to it and during the recent years I have learned to feel, understand, embrace and manage my emotions. I have learn to be more present, thankful to live and very positive and happy most of the time.
I have developed a very good skill in listening and advising people close to me who are always seeking to have a friendly chat with me.
I'm new in town, so I want to get more involved in the culture, practice my english skills, get to know people, help them by listening and being there for them.

Like you I have dealt with anxiety, depression, and low self steam. I have learn how to understand it and work with these feelings and transform in into positive thinking. Positive thinking is not being always happy, but being easy on you. Become your best friend instead of your worst enemy. I will create a safe place where you can vent to me everything that is bothering you. I will give you advice and teach you what I do to feel alive, be more present and enjoy every second of what life brings me. I want to show you how to find your strength to keep fighting. I don't have the answers but you can make sure I will help you find them.
Let's have an hour of a friendly chat, we can do it walking while we both enjoy nature, in a nice cafe or even online. I just want you to feel comfortable like you are talking to a friend. Let me be that person for you! We can both learn and grow together.
