My teaching methodology is such that I encourage students’ participation with particular attention to those who need more time and more support, hence, I deliver an all-inclusive learning. I am supportive and available to provide assistance and guidance when needed. I usually start my classes by giving a pre-test (this helps me to ascertain the level of knowledge of the learners before the training and a post-test after the training (to know if learning actually took place).
