About Vishal

My name is Vishal Singh Rana, I am a fitness trainer at FitnessFirst Gym in Hyderabad. I decided to become a professional trainer after having spent years being that person who desperately wanted to lose weight and feel good about themselves. When I first started I was anything but the picture of health. I was very overweight, but I told myself that I would do that maybe not immediately but absolutely and definitely. I decided to do something about it and started working on my body, however, I had many ups and downs. It took me months before I made a decision to completely overhaul my workouts but then I immersed myself into the lifestyle and have never looked back. I've been on every diet and my weight fluctuated massively. Now having emerged the other side and achieved my goals. I want to use my skills, my experience and my own journey to help others.

Fitness in my way of thinking is all about knowing and learning about yourself. YOU are the one doing the work and YOU are the one reaping the benefits.
Getting results however is not necessarily about learning, but rather unlearning a lifetime of conditioning and letting out that inner self. With proper guidance, over time when you exercise, you will feel yourself become a different person. Your health will improve, your patience and stress levels will improve, little things that used to bother you will seem silly, and more positive changes will happen. Basically, you'll be rediscovering YOURSELF.

About the lesson

I care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through the experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I know how being overweight affects your life, and I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. I want to help you discover the benefit of training that has helped me become the person I am today, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.

I understand that life can be hectic and it's often tough to find time to workout. I myself is a developer and I've been there making every excuse going so I can definitely feel what you think and what it takes to be a fitness freak.
Now, I've used my experience to design a program that is manageable, enjoyable and proven to work.
