About Dr Chandra
I have my doctorate in Agriculture. Have done some psychology courses online and have been a resource person for webinars on Mental health and positive psychology. I have been handling internships online to Undergrad students in India and also have experience in training (face to face) farmers in India. Together, I have 6 plus years of experience working in different projects (training, Interviews, e-workshops, e-coaching). Currently, I am one of the core team members of the ongoing mental health webinar series in India (395 sessions so far)

I use power point to interact with the participants. I love to combine little theory along with research findings to give a broader perspective and some activities depending on each topic. I try my best to keep it simple and connect it with real time experiences. I encourage more interaction and keep it participatory as much I can! What I aim, irrespective of the sessions is spreading positivity.
