I am a teacher with a masters degree in adapted education. For several years I have worked in ungdomsskole and videregående skole. I am also a musician, singer and songwriter. I write short stories, poems and paint with acrylic on canvas.

I try to get a structure over the whole subject to be taught. Then we move on to each section, and I like to teach basic concepts so that the topic is understandable from the start. I think it is advisable to give assignments along the way, and give constructive feedback on these. Assignments can be given in larger subjects, if desired. If I read through and give feedback on major assignments that I or others have given, I always read the assignment text thoroughly first so that I know the assignment is answered correctly. Then I read the whole text and give a feedback, and then break it down into small parts that I give feedback on. Finally, feedback on grammar and spelling is given. All the time, focus is improvement and customized training.
