This structured approach helps build sustainable study habits, improves information retention, and makes the learning process feel much more achievable and less overwhelming.

About the lesson

I can help with elementary and middle school math. I use the Pomodoro technique, it's basically a 10 minute work time then 5 minute break. I'll typically start with the math they're having the most trouble with and work through the rest after.
