About Maisie

Hi, I'm Maisie and I am a strength coach with a background in elite-level gymnastics. My experience as an ex-Team GB level gymnast has given me a deep understanding of movement, strength, and how to get the best out of the body, both now and in the long term.

From an early age, I have learnt how to move through control, develop strength, and push my physical capabilities. I have brought this foundational knowledge into my coaching, paired with science-backed research, to help people of all ages and abilities to move better, get stronger and understand how to harness training and use it effectively. I also specialise in hypertrophy training and have a deep understanding on how to efficiently gain muscle and build an impressive physique.

My goal is to help people build strength, improve their movement and perform at their best, while enjoying the process. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training further, I’ll help you train with purpose and build strength that lasts!

About the lesson

I offer 1:1 PT sessions at privately hired gyms across Zone 1-3 London. Backed by 15 years of developing my own physique and fitness abilities, paired with a keen interest in sport science and learning up-to-date methods for hypertrophy and strength training, I will get you in the best shape of your life. Whether your goal is to achieve your first pull-up, or gain 5kg of muscle mass, you have found the right trainer to get you there with maximum efficiency
