About Simonne
I am a plant-based chef, photographer and owner of the Alkaline Institute, dedicated to teaching delicious, energy-rich food - created to nourish the mind and body.
Before I learned about the healing power of plants, which transformed my body into vitality and strength, I was struggling with migraine attacks, osteoarthritis, allergies, skin problems, reflux and weight problems, beginning sugar sick etc.
This experience - being able to restore balance in my body, made me passionate about inspiring others through healthy and delicious food.
Since 2012, I have held food courses and lifestyle retreats as well as written books on alkaline diets and lifestyles. In collaboration with others, I work on projects that convey diet and lifestyle change in various ways.
I hope that many more will experience health and well-being through plant food and learn how to cook it, so that it will be incredibly delicious and exciting to make.

Teaching the Alkaline cooking for optimun pH-balance and holistic health which keeps you healthy and well.
I offer detox, diet or wellness programs.
We meet online and make a plan that works for you. Once we have your overall plan, we'll get started
- in your own pace. You get my personal advice to keep you motivated throughout the process with clear food plans, recipes and shopping lists.
The nutritious meals will balance your body and mind and build the foundation for a healthy and strong body.
It is a science-based nutrition and lifestyle program that builds the body and thus restores the optimal pH- balance in the body!
