About Shan
As someone who has struggled with severe anxiety, art journaling (a visual diary where you can creatively express your thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions through pictures, wax seals, stickers, paper collages, etc) was something that helped me tremendously. My goal is to share that with you, hoping that it would help you just as much as it has helped and empowered me.

Art is known to enhance creativity, which in return fosters our ability to solve problems better. Apart from just using it as a problem solving tool, I have always used art to express myself in various manners as it helps me regulate my emotions, thought process and feelings, leaving me in a calmer and better state of mind.
Depending on your preference, each session would be between 30 - 60 mins.
We will take it step by step together, making sure you feel comfortable throughout each session. There aren't any age limitations nor requirements; it's open for anyone and I am flexible with timing as well.
