I am currently working as a room leader in a preschool. I have 6 years of childcare experience, this also includes working along side a speech and language therapist and working with children with autism. I am currently studying to get my QTS.

I have worked previously in a private tutoring Saturday school. Daily I prepare children read for assessments looking at what areas they may be struggling in and using their interests to support them work on this. I also have the understanding of the early stages of reading and blending and segmentation of words.
