Learnt SAROD from late Ustad Dhyanesh Khan, S/O Padmavibhushan late Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and
grandson of Padmavibhushan late Ustad Allauddin Khan - Baba - the founder of Senia -Maihar
Gharana.
Also learnt from Padmavibhushan late Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and
Ustad Aashish Khan (S/O Ustad Ali Akbar Khan)
• B-High Grade artist of All India Radio (Kolkata)
• Empaneled in the ICCR’s (Indian Council for Cultural Relations) Reference Panel of Artists, as a SAROD
player.
M.A (Master of Arts in Indian Classical Instrumental Music) Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata.
