About Daniela
My name is Daniela. I have many years of experience to offer. I am a dancer and I currently train acrobatics. In my classes we work on mobility at the beginning and throughout the class to widen the joint range, warm up and make deep work more accessible. We do postural reconditioning work such as opening the chest, strengthening very internal muscles such as the paravertebral muscles, etc. We focus on muscular groups, we work in a sectorized, progressive and objective way. At the same time we attend to the whole: integral muscular strengthening, eccentric and connecting fasciae. We work on flexibility thinking about opening, releasing and lengthening with patience and the help of breathing.
I plan the training according to your habits, needs and desires!

La elijo una y mil veces. Súper pedagógica para enseñar, explica todo y genera que las clases no sean solo entrenamiento, sino conocer en profundidad tu cuerpo. Tengo un problema en el codo derecho y acomodó toda la rutina para poder trabajarlo con mayor profundidad. Es súper paciente y da clases dónde se súper compromete con el seguimiento de cada uno. Excelente profesional!!
