About Elnaz
Elnaz Zare holds an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, which she earned in 2012. She is the co-founder of Matris Robotics Company, where she has dedicated over a decade to teaching robotics and coding to young learners aged 5–16. Through an innovative, research-based pedagogy, she has delivered over 10,000 hours of instruction, educating more than 10,000 students in the past 11 years.
In 2023, Elnaz joined the UCL Computer Science Department, where she continues her work in advancing project-based learning methods for robotics and STEM education. She is particularly passionate about unconventional, research-driven teaching strategies, focusing on hands-on experiences that enhance students’ problem-solving skills and creativity.
With a strong commitment to innovation in STEM, robotics, electronics and coding &AI education, she continues to explore and implement cutting-edge teaching methodologies, preparing the next generation of engineers and problem-solvers.
I am interested teaching to all group of students primary and secondary schools based on their interests and abilities.

Elnaz has designed STEM projects and teach A-level, GCSE, and electronics projects for Year 9, 10 and 11 students, equipping them with practical engineering and coding skills.
