I am currently a law student, but have been previously employed at a public library for a year as an English reader and library assistant. I also went the extra mile to even help the children with their school work, especially those that do not have guidance at home and someone to help them at home.

My teaching method would be grouping the learners in different groups according to their abilities so that it would be much easier for me to quickly spot those that need special attention in regard to learning and knowing exactly where they lack.
