I am patient and understanding. I enjoy working with kids with learning disabilities. The most challenging students are the most rewarding students to me. Learning is a lifelong process and is meant to be enjoyed. I have always looked for new things to learn about and encourage others to do the same.

I like to make learning fun and geared to a students interests. When students select their own reading materials there is a desire to learn about the subject. Reading should be a relaxing activity as opposed to a forced assignment.
